This project was completed as a subcontract with Blue House Publishing of Georgetown (now just Blue House).
The W.C. & A.N. Miller Companies are a real estate firm in the greater Washington, DC area. Their quarterly publication, LEAVES, is a free submission-driven community magazine that also functions as a promotional piece for W.C. & A.N. Miller, their realtors, listing and advertisers. The magazine is full-color and runs between 56 and 68 pages.
With Blue House, we also helped in the launch of a second "daughter" publication, LEAVES of Great Falls, VA. Because it was a first edition, we had to do a bit more gathering of community news. As part of those efforts, we were also responsible for attending, photographing and writing a small piece from Great Falls Day, a heritage festival held at the beginning of each summer.
